Your trainer Darcia has put together simple, effective but challenging workouts that you can perform ANYWHERE, ANYTIME to help keep you fit, motivated and inspired to live the best healthiest version of YOU!
These days people are getting carried away thinking they have to workout for ONE HOUR or more and do 10+ different programs or exercise regimes to get results….. Let me tell you that is not the case!
YOU WILL get RESULTS when you add INTENSITY to your training! YOU WILL get RESULTS when you exercise 10 to 20 MINUTES A DAY! YOU WILL get RESULTS when you become part of a TRIBE of WOMEN who are on the same MISSION!

Beauty In Strength is helping raise awareness to support in raising funds for The Allison Baden-Clay Foundation. A small portion of your m’ship will be donated to this cause.
It is our mission to get as many women exercising as possible and we are aware that gym memberships or personal trainers can definitely come at a cost. We want to provide a kick arse program that’s going to deliver you results and make it affordable so YOU CAN workout and make it as easy as possible for YOU!

FAQ'S
How will I receive my workout of the day? Your workout will be updated daily via our PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP PAGE
I am injured can I still do the workouts? YES! There will be guidance and substitution exercises for anyone that is injured. (Please get your professional health care provider to give you the green light)
When will there be the opportunity to train with your coach Darcia? Darcia will announce in the private FB group when there will be a training ‘meet up’ these sessions will be done at a park in Brisbane, no cost.
Is this for females only? No, we welcome everyone to join in on the fun
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. There is no obligation to continue the program if it is not providing you what you are searching for. BiS will require notification via email should you dismiss your membership

Darcia has designed a 30 day fitness challenge for you if you are new to exercise, you need to build your core strength or you just want to get your body moving. These workouts are designed to keep them short, sweet and simple with very minimal equipment. This program is a really good start before adding extra load or more technical movements into your routine. This is a perfect pathway into our daily programming for BiSFiT.
